Technical Writing Work
I started my professional technical writing career as an intern at Dell Technologies in the summer of 2023. I joined the Content Engineering & Translation team as a Technical Content Development intern. I loved the job, the people, and the projects, so I returned as a full-time Technical Content Developer I the following summer (August 2024). I now work on Solutions documentation for Dell servers.
Technical & Business Writing Courses
During my time at Penn State, I had the opportunity to pursue a concentration in Professional and Media Writing for my bachelor's in English. I also grew to love technical writing, and decided to get a minor in it as well. Attached below are a few samples of my work in various classes for these two certifications. Enjoy!

Blog Writing Work
I have developed my web and blog writing skills through various courses and professional experiences. In English 420, Writing for the Web, I was tasked with creating a blog on a topic of my choice. Fashion has always been a strong passion of mine, so I focused on several topics that intrigued me in the fashion world. For English 487W, my senior capstone in technical writing, I focused instead on critical issues surrounding AI, a hot topic in the tech world.
I have also gained real-world marketing experience through my internship and freelance work at Kdan Mobile and W.D. Strategies. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to apply the concepts (e.g. SEM, SEO, web design, and more!) I was learning in class to real-world clients and businesses.
